This gorgeous, pavilion-style home was designed to take full advantage of the beachside location and coastal lifestyle. Only 350 metres to the pristine Rainbow Beach via a leafy road and bush track. This property is perfect for the family with the master bedroom/parents retreat separate from the main house, offering a walk-in robe and private ensuite. 

Three additional bedrooms are in the main section of the home and are serviced by a spacious, two-way bathroom with a shower over bathtub and separate toilet. The house maximises the bush and beach location by capturing the sea breezes to stay cool during the warmer months. 

The modern kitchen overlooks the open plan living area and flows seamlessly out onto the expansive deck that links the main house to the master bedroom. Easy access from the deck to the resort-style swimming pool which also boasts a waterfall feature and additional decking with a cabana providing shade and cover beside the pool. 

The laundry with washing machine and dryer is located at the rear of the property.

Sleeps eight in one x king size bed, one x queen size bed and four x king single beds. 

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers. 

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.

Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost. 

Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
